Local landscape subjects will be featured with step by step demonstration. Some painting experience is required but you do not have to be a good painter. This workshop is designed to help you become a better painter. Reference photos will be provided. Bring your usual materials. If you want to know what pigments and brushes I use, see the "Supply List" button in the left menu.
We will complete a painting each day. Paper should be 100% rag and prepared in advance if you are stretching it. Quarter sheet size (11" x 15") is most convenient for this workshop. Blocks about that size are also good. Be sure to bring your questions and enthusiasm, there will be plenty of opportunity for personal attention.
